When you encounter an issue that requires assistance from the Darkhorse team, the most efficient method to notify us is by submitting a ticket through the Darkhorse icon installed on your computer. This ensures prompt review by our team as your ticket is directly funneled into our service board.
Locate the Darkhorse icon on your desktop toolbar, typically found on the bottom right-hand corner of your PC screen. If you don't see it, you may need to click on "Show hidden icons."
Right-click on the Darkhorse logo and select "Submit a ticket."
Complete all sections of the form. In the phone number section, retain the country code in the first box and enter your phone number in the second box.
Provide detailed information and a description of the issue you're experiencing. This aids our team in assigning the appropriate staff to address the problem.
