What are your accepted forms of payment?

What should I have ready?

For ACH transfers, you will need your bank account number. If you are paying with a card, we will only require your card information.

Do I have to sign up for an account?

To pay online, you will need to sign up for an account. This portal allows you to view your payment history, see invoices, and make payments. Rest assured, we will never share your contact information.

What if my payment is declined?

If your payment declines, please reach out to your bank or card issuer.

Will I get payment confirmation?

Yes! You can find your payment history in your account. We will also email you to confirm the payment once it is received.

The payment portal isn’t working, what do I do?

Any browser should be able to navigate and access our payment portal. If you have any issues accessing the client portal, we recommend using Google Chrome. All of our payment portal web pages confirm to online payment standards. If you are still having some trouble, try another computer or mobile device.
