Tier 2 Support Technician

As a Tier 2 Support Technician, you will assist clients with technical issues via phone, email, and chat. The field account manager plays a key role in maintaining and strategically expanding the client base of Darkhorse Tech, an IT company specialized in the dental industry. The field account manager is responsible for: visiting existing and potential clients, identifying cultural “fit”, assessing their needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals. The field account manager works closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure high-quality service and project delivery.
